Requesting a Refund

For a refund or cancellation request, contact Up Skill Civil Engineer with your name, transaction reference and reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed according to the product terms applicable at the time of purchase.

Payment Issues

If money has been debited but the payment status is unsuccessful, please contact us with the transaction details so we can check the payment status.
